Refund policy
At Mallow & Crumble, we take great care in preparing and delivering our fresh treats. Because our products are fresh and perishable, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This follows Dutch and EU consumer legislation (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code), which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
When can you receive a replacement or refund?
Although returns are not possible, we always want you to be satisfied with your order. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

You have received the wrong product.

Your order is incomplete.

The product is damaged upon receipt.
If this happens, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery through our contact form so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do refunds work?

If a refund is approved, the amount will be issued back to you using the same payment method you used during checkout.
